Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods

SoundHumanizer provides credits for digital audio processing services. Due to the immediate nature of these digital goods, all sales are considered final once credits have been utilized to process and download an audio file.

2. Unused Credits

If you have purchased a credit pack and have not used any of the credits, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. Once any credit from a pack has been consumed, the pack is no longer eligible for a refund.

3. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from successfully processing or downloading your audio file after a credit has been deducted, please contact our support team within 7 days. We will investigate the issue and, if verified, restore the lost credit to your account.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund for unused credits or report a technical issue, please use the Contact page or email us directly at soundhumanizer@gmail.com. All refunds are processed securely through our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
